I prefer this Broly by a long shot! You can’t replace The Legendary Super Saiyan! But I don’t think I’d face him because I wouldn’t last long against him.

Cool drawing. But in my honest opinion I think was more drawn away from Cartoon Network because of this. While I like being able to watch the old shows, I don’t think they need to cut CN short just so they can air the shows from MY CHILDHOOD on fricking Adult Swim! It kinda makes me believe right when I started thinking Cartoon Network started appreciating their older shows and fans, and with the network’s 30th Anniversary and then, shortly afterwards, they do this as a stab in the back to us old fans. Why cut the Network short if it’s only on the weekdays and keep it short on weekends when they aren’t airing classic shows then? In other words it doesn’t need to be cut short on weekends and I also feel like it takes the specialty of airing these shows on “Special Occasions” out entirely. Especially when I hear that they apparently don’t even want to air their old shows. I know I might sound like a hypocrite but if you’re going to air these shows AT LEAST keep them in the fricking Cartoon Network slot! I hope you can understand what I’m trying to say from my perspective. It feels like in the end Cartoon Network’s 30th Anniversary wall all for nothing! When they aired them on special occasions on CN again I felt like a kid once again and now with them airing them early on Adult Swim I feel like an old man. If you understand my point of view please feel free to reply and tell me what you think.

Well, you see the idea is that checkered past is actually meant to be targeted towards the adults that grew up watching these shows, and in my opinion anyways it actually succeeded but while I do understand what you’re saying that it should be on Cartoon Network, but at the same time, though, to be honest, and I’m only saying that no one else is willing to admit Cartoon Network (hell, even TV Animation as a whole) has been going downhill not even since 2022 but ever since 2016 onward because nowadays they don’t want to have intriguing and more deeper stories hell they don’t want to take a risk anymore with more darker more action oriented shows or in your case basically just wacky comedic shows with insane cartoon violence basically shows that took risk like that, now they only want to show basically just overly lighthearted, goofy, and dare I say, cringe worthy shows that act like they take risks but only focus on having an overreliance on wacky cringe comedy and less on having a great story, which more often than not feels like it’s trying to hard even especially when they decide they want to be more serious They still end up feeling like they’re trying to hard because I mean they had all the Time in the world to take risk and they decided to waste all that will just pointless light hearted cringe humor that only appeals to the Tumblr/TikTok crowd, because of how politically correct and “relatable” it is and believe me, I know that a lot of those shows back then we’re basically lighthearted comedies to, but at least those shows took more risk than most of the shows nowadays and they did it a lot better but as much as I want to elaborate more further on how TV animation hell web animation has completely lost their edge nowadays. I’ll probably just be there all day so yeah those are my thoughts and I’m glad you liked the artwork

Nice!
