I agree this show jumped the shark far beyond the point that even going back to watching the episodes of it back when it was good was very hard to do. What exactly do you mean by fairies being retconned every two episodes though?

That Da Rules! don't even matter in later seasons. Such as one scene in Season 10 which shows that even Butch Hartman doesn't follow his own show's own rules.

Alas, there are like a bazillion Pokémon to keep track of now. Plus Magikarp isn't exactly r34-thirst bait like Gardevoir, Lopunny or Hex Maniac (one of those is not a Pokémon).
