[Stupid Mario Siblings PLUS]

Well I see them all the time on hot females in manga and anime. Not to mention you see them on DBZ like when Goku is battle damaged and on Broly. Unless them not being fully detailed counts as being censored. Though in certain manga (like Battle Royale) you see fully detailed nipples on female characters such as Mitsuko Souma. Just to name an example. Other manga and anime I see no nipples on female characters. (Or male for that matter).

I barely understand censorship here, so I probably shouldn't be too surprised that Japan's censorship is also quite, let's say "flexible." I imagine they are undeniably more lenient with stuff like fully-detailed nipples in stuff that is clearly not aimed at children, like Battle Royale, similar to how traditional US television seems to have an "anything goes" attitude after 10 pm (when most children are presumably asleep), particularly on Adult Swim or late-night talk shows.

Still, it is extremely jarring seeing, for example, Shinji in an early Neon Genesis Evangelion episode being the poor subject of a "tiny dick" joke but at the same time the animators had the decency to not draw his male nipples at all.

Also, I just checked and Mario did, in fact, have basic nipples in his "Swimsuit Costume" in Super Mario Odyssey. Oops...

As someone who rarely even goes to see movies in theaters nowadays. I couldn’t miss the opportunity to see a fully 2D animated movie on the big screen again. And I will say I’m glad I went to go see it.

Even though I still prefer the DBGT design I never doubted the possibility of Super Saiyan 4 being obtainable. Even after the introduction of that Super Saiyan God crap I still had a feeling SSJ4 was possible. Also it is good to see Super Saiyan 4 getting noticed and appreciated once again. Even if I’m not a fan of GT.

100 percent agree, SSJ4 was really outside the box thinking when it first came on the scene, and glad to see a rendition of it brought back. Supposedly, the creator of the OG SSJ4 helped design this one for Toriyama. So in the end, it was the old vision made new.
