Was she the creator of Aquaman? As he is shown in this picture. On a side note comic book artists seem to live a very long time.

No, she did not create Aquaman. That was Paul Norris back in 1941.
But she drew Aquaman for a decade when the character was reintroduced at the breaking between the Golden and the Silver age of comics (when super heroes got popular again), so she is strongly connected to that character and also was part of creating a number of new members of the cast for that comic.

She is co-creator of Metamorpho, but did not draw that character for anything near the same time.

Brenda Starr (to the right) is another character she drew for a long time (but did not create).
