[Gumball Watterson]

A modern Cartoon Network classic nonetheless. I think it has what it takes to become the SpongeBob of Cartoon Network or even The Simpsons of Cartoon Network. It’s too bad because Seasons 5 and 6 started out great and then the episodes became really bad. With “The Inquisition” being the worst episode in the entire series. Still waiting for that shitty cliffhanger ending to be resolved. Then I can finally delete “The Inquisition” episode premiere off of my TV recordings. BTW his middle name is actually Tristopher. As stated in the episode “The Club”. It was also confirmed by the series creator. Cartoon Network doesn’t even feel like a full channel anymore! I barely watch it now.

Cool. My brother and I only have the first game. But we’d love to track down 2 and 3. Apparently the first game is based on a true story. At least that’s what it says on the box art.

[SpongeBob SquarePants]

I like both shows but I only started watching The Loud House back in 2023. Unlike SpongeBob where I’ve been around since Day One. I can tell there’s been some decline in quality with both shows. But I personally think that modern Loud House holds up better than modern SpongeBob SquarePants. I pretty much find modern SpongeBob nearly unwatchable. Personal opinions aside I think the art looks pretty good.
