Better than that DBS retcon crap that we all know wasn’t the true story of Goku’s father! The Bardock TV special will always be the REAL story!

Edit: He did care for Goku in the very end and Goku ended up meeting his true fatherly figure Grandpa Gohan. That story makes a lot more sense to me. But it’s up to us fans to decide which story to accept.

honestly they both have their touch, old bardock may be more epic and all but i cant avoid liking the new one being a lovely father and worried abt his family and not just some jerk who gives ZERO shit abt whats going on outside his own mind, just my thought tho
