Waspn't Cool
Casey Jones punishing Chandler Pretty funny. Maybe he shouldn’t beat up kids even if they are bullies. But I think he’d give Chandler a pretty big scare. And yes Chandler is just as bad a character as he was in earlier seasons. I don’t really mind the character but I can see why some people would.
