Some say it was a preview for a series that never released, others a marketing stunt to make it go viral online, yet some still believe it's out there since it got localized but never released.

Only that initial previews caption has information on what the rest was about "Ink drips as her dreams melt around her" with no title announced

Maybe one day the rest will be available! (^-^)

Gen 1 and 2 have so much soul despite being some of the most simple of the games I find myself replaying gen 1 and 2 a lot more than any other Pokémon generation
