Yep, it was a made-for-streaming movie with a budget that reflected it. Let's just say the head tracking of Wanda Sykes was pretty off in a lot of shots. Also, yes it is a DBZ reference.

Well at least Oscar is being a true gentleman by paying for them. I’m not all that good at drawing fashionable clothes myself either. But it doesn’t look that bad to me.

Super Saiyan 1-3 were the best. Super Saiyan 4 was the last cool transformation. But still not as cool as 1-3. Everything after that was just too gimmicky.

yeah dude and losing his eyebrow and his voice changing almost gives off a vibe that the power is almost taking away his humanity almost like the next form would have him turn into a literal dragon but then the whole red hair blue hair white hair got lazy and lame for me personally,
