Can’t Get DevianArt to Work Right

I’m only able to favorite art and watch users on the site but other than that I can’t get anything else to work right. It’s really annoying. I hate how I can’t comment on art I like or respond to people who message me, or even post art for that matter. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Whenever I try anything it just keeps telling me to confirm my email over and over again. Although I’m still perfectly fine with posting art on here. Those that I’m following and/or friends with who also have a DeviantArt account is there anything you can do to help? Is anyone else having these same similar issues?

@SolidSnakeOnAPlane dA has been looking like ass for me for years, so actually navigating the site is out of the question for me. But when I search "deviantart support email"* this is the first hit:

@Yatsufusa I’m still having trouble figuring out what exactly to do. This account I’m using now is actually a new account and the old one I made years back I’ve been locked out of for ages. With this new account I’m using my alternate email (which isn’t the same as the one I use for this site). My old account of the same name as my Newgrounds account uses my usual email.

I've used DA for some time and left it around the time Eclipse rolled out. It's been a mess ever since, and a quick look at the general forum shows there's still some broken features and poorly managed issues.

My only recommendation is to wait it out and get a hold of your friends on other platforms if needed and possible, because the support team does fuck all whenever you tell them about a problem, assuming you'll get a response at all.

@MoeAnguish DeviantArt feels like a buggy mess. Do you suggest I go as far as deleting the link to the channel for the time being or just stay off of it indefinitely? I’m not even sure what problem I need to click on with the DA support as I seem to have way too many. Apart from favoriting art and watching users. Can’t comment or send notes or anything.

Honestly, i say leave it aside for a little bit and come back later. Trying to get the DA staff to work and be competent is like expecting a car to start flying on its own. And that's been public sentiment all the way from back in 2018, before Eclipse even happened.
